Welcome to WolfBright. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us WolfBright is an online dog dental care brand. For all questions, contact us at wolfbrightsupport@gmail.com — this is our only support channel, so you'll always reach a real person here.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order with us.

3. Products WolfBright Dental Powder is a supplement intended to support canine dental health as part of a broader care routine. It is not a substitute for veterinary care, and we recommend consulting your vet, particularly if your dog has an existing health condition, is pregnant/nursing, or is on medication. Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge but are not a guarantee of specific results for every dog.

4. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in GBP for UK customers and USD for US customers, and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.
  • Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability.

5. Subscriptions

  • If you subscribe to recurring WolfBright deliveries, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the frequency you select, until you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime before your next billing date by emailing wolfbrightsupport@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect before your next scheduled charge, provided it's requested at least 3 days before that date.
  • We will notify you by email in advance of any change to your subscription price or frequency.
  • No cancellation fees apply, ever.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and product formulations — is the property of WolfBright or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, WolfBright is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, where such limitation is not permitted by law.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. This clause does not remove any statutory consumer protections available to you under the law of your own country of residence.
