Where We Ship We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase, Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Timeframes
- UK: 3–5 business days
- US: 5–8 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs Standard shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders — the threshold is shown in your cart.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Subscription Deliveries Recurring subscription orders ship automatically on your selected schedule. You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before each charge, so there are no surprises.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, email wolfbrightsupport@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders) Orders shipped outside your home country may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your local customs authority. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.
